Civil Engineer, project manager and the founding partner of Aesthete Modular Design in Pune. He studied his civil engineering from PVPIT Sangali and went on to head development of Pune and Bhuvaneshwar campuses of Infosys.
With 15 years of experience in project management, Vaibhav has a great hold on the process of execution of a project and foresight that can take any project to a higher level of finesse and management.

AARTI PAI
B.ARCH
Architect and founding partner of Aesthete Modular Design in Pune. She has studied Architecture from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai. Aarati gained experience working with eminent Design firms like Architects Combine, Sankalpan Architects Pvt Ltd and I dream advisory services. Worked as a design consultant with some retail outlets like Home town. Wrote various articles for several Design magazines. This experience in residential corporate Interiors, master planning across India formed a solid stepping stone to embark on the journey of founding the partnership firm. Aarati is the principal Designer of The Modular Company
